Amare Symoné – GlassWindows

 Soul/R&B
 EP

Singer/songwriter Amare Symoné lifts the veil on a store of casually rapturous, mosaic soul numbers on the just released EP, Glass Windows (HERE). Sounding wise beyond her years on songs that command warm and simmering powers, the rising young performer – alongside producer/collaborator NversivE still allows her personality and youthful energy to shine bright throughout the 7 track player.

Tiron & Ayomari – Exotic Dom

 Hip-Hop/Rap
 Single

Tiron & Ayomari pay respect to their fallen friend, Dominique “Exotic Dom” Trenier, on the bittersweet, piano-led ode “Exotic Dom”.

[su_highlight background=”#fff799″]This song is written about a dear friend of ours named Dominique Trenier. He used to tell us stories about how they called him “Exotic Dom” back in the 90’s and how live it was back then. I sewed all of the stories he told me into this song. Although he was much more than “Exotic Dom” to everyone that loved him, that is who I wrote about. Rest in peace Dominique Trenier.[/su_highlight]

Audra The Rapper – Bxtchlxss

 Hip-Hop/Rap
 Single

Rapsy voiced emcee Audra The Rapper provides some needful wisdom to those individuals who are forever running from yard to yard chasing that greener grass on the “you just lost a good one, dummy” track “Bxtchlxss“. Dope work from Brooklyn rap star’s upcoming Anti Love Songs album.

Denaun Porter – Connect

 Hip-Hop/Rap
 EP

Take in some quality bars, airtight melodies, and cohesively expressive production from producer/emcee (and pretty dope singer) Denaun Porter on his newly shared, 4 track extended player Connect (HERE). Though the EP is brief, Porter doesn’t make any wasteful moves, as each track clocks in at over 3 minutes and sparks from opening kick drum to closing snare snap. Still, even with that being the case, the song “God Bless” (featuring Marv and Royce da 5’9″) is pretty much guaranteed to draw repeat plays from most (if not all) listeners.
